What does the Thailand Digital Arrival Card cost officially?
The official TDAC fee is 0 €. You can always submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card free of charge via the Thai government portal yourself.
What does the getTDAC assistance service cost?
At getTDAC you pay a transparent service fee of approx. € 19.990 for data review, submission assistance and PDF/QR delivery by email. Official fee and service fee are shown separately at checkout.
Why do prices differ between TDAC providers?
The official fee is 0 € everywhere. Differences arise from service fees, support scope, processing time or convenience features on private portals. Always compare the final price and service description.
Application
What data do I need for the TDAC?
Typically: name as in passport, passport number, nationality, date of birth, arrival date, country of departure, purpose of travel, flight or vehicle number, accommodation address in Thailand and an email address for PDF/QR.
When should I apply for the TDAC?
As soon as flight and accommodation are confirmed — well before departure. Last-minute changes (flight number, hotel address) should be corrected before submission. Current Thai authority requirements apply.
How does the application via getTDAC work?
You enter passport, trip and accommodation data; we review the details, support submission and send PDF with QR code by email after successful processing.
What happens after successful submission?
You receive confirmation with PDF and QR code by email. Keep these documents ready for entry — digital or printed, depending on current requirements.

Is the TDAC mandatory for all travellers to Thailand?
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card is intended for most international travellers before entry. Specific requirements and deadlines may change — check current Thai authority guidance before departure.
Is the TDAC a visa or visa substitute?
No. The TDAC is a digital entry form — not a visa or visa substitute. Nationals who require a visa still need a visa or e-visa.
Do children need a TDAC too?
Yes — generally each entering person needs their own TDAC, including minors. Enter passport details for each traveller separately.

What is the health declaration in the TDAC?
The application asks about stays in the last two weeks and possible symptoms. The answers match the official Thai portal and support health screening on entry.
When is yellow-fever vaccination proof required?
If you stayed in a yellow-fever risk area in recent weeks, vaccination proof and the vaccination date may be required — as on the official portal. Check current WHO and Thailand guidance.
Must I declare symptoms even if I feel healthy?
Yes — answer health questions honestly and completely. Incomplete or incorrect information can lead to questions or delays on entry.
