How to fill out the TDAC
- Gather your details. Passport, arrival date, flight or vehicle number, first address in Thailand, and an email address.
- Open the form. Enter the data online. Match the passport spelling or you can get stuck at control.
- Submit in the window. Too early gets rejected. Too late means stress before departure. Three days before arrival is the practical rule.
- Save the confirmation. Keep the PDF with QR offline. Screenshots help; the PDF is cleaner at the desk.
The 3-day window
You may submit the TDAC at earliest three days before planned arrival, counting the arrival day. Submit earlier and you will need to file again. If the flight changes, check the data and resubmit when needed.
PDF and QR code
After a successful submission you get a confirmation with QR. Immigration may scan it. Without a readable copy you can wait longer in line.
Official portal vs our service
